The Contract by: Derek Jeter-  A book inspired by Derek Jeter, a famous baseball player for the NY Yankees.  This is the first in the series about Jeter's dream and ambition to one day play for the New York Yankees.  Boys or anyone who loves baseball will enjoy this book.  Check it out in our library.



New Books Just Arrived!

 

Frank Einstein and the Antimatter Motor-  The first book in a new series written by famous book author, Jon Scieszka.  Students will enjoy the humorous illustrations which add life to the story.  The book is about a boy named Frank Einstein who is a kid scientist and Frank's assistant Klank, "a self-assembled artificial intelligence entity".  This book would be great for our students who loved Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Captain Underpants.
